ATTENDANCE
- No pupil may leave the school premises except by special permission from the Principal. If found doing otherwise he/she could be suspended for a fortnight or more.
- A student should have at least 75% class days attendance per term/academic year, failing which the student may be detained in the same class.
- However the minimum requirement may be reduced at the discretion of the Principal/Director to 70% subject to some valid reason viz. prolonged illness of the students or bereavement in the family. For this proven records would have to be produced, before consideration.
- Attendance below 70% will not be considered at any cost. In which case a student may be detained or withdrawn.

Transfer Certificate
The intended withdrawal of a pupil should be made known to the Principal in writing one month [i.e.30days] in advance or one month’s fees will be charged, in lieu thereof. The same applies to bus fees. Further, those who leave the school in May must pay the fees for June as well.
TRANSFER CERTIFICATE
- Transfer certificates, will be issued from the office on payment of a fee of Rs.100/-. An application for the same must be submitted to the office, giving a clear 7 days notice for issue of the T.C.
- Transfer Certificates, School leaving certificates, Testimonials and report cards will not be issued until ALL DUES HAVE BEEN PAID.
- The School Management reserves the right to change or amend the rules and regulations as enshrined in the School diary and the same on being notified to the parents will have to be adhered to by them.
- The management also reserves the right to amend the fees structures.
